The breakfast spread was amazing with real scrambled eggs and delicious biscuits and gravy. loved the friendly atmosphere! The kitchen facilities made cooking easy. I would definitely choose this place again!

hawthorn had a super friendly front desk staff who helped me a lot. the location is great, really close to some wonderful local coffee shops. having coffee around the corner was a nice touch.

I had a two-night stay at Hawthorn Suites. The room was spacious and included a full kitchen, which felt great for longer stays. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to issues. I especially appreciated the breakfast with hot items. it made for a pleasant start each day. However, the condition of the facilities left a lot to be desired. The floors in the hallway were sticky, and my bathroom had mold, which was really concerning. The toilet in my first room was running, but the staff quickly switched me to a larger suite without any hassle. Even with my new room, I noticed the living area had a spot on the wall that looked poorly patched. Housekeeping needs improvement too. my tub wasn't cleaned during my stay, and the laundry cart in the hall had trash in it for over a day. It's definitely a mixed bag, but the staff made a positive impact on my experience.

Breakfast had options like eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles every morning. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Breakfast stood out with delicious cooked eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy, though the bathrooms showed signs of neglect such as water stains and a missing tile baseboard. An outdated couch and worn doors evidenced the need for updates. Service was commendable, especially with prompt bulb replacements after a mention at the front desk.
